What's new at RBI?

We are very pleased to announce that Tecumseh Power has named RBI Corporation as the new distributor for the following territories:

• Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Tennessee

RBI will be opening another warehouse in Albany, GA to accommodate shipping needs in the southern territories.  The warehouse in Charlotte, NC will be closed and the Albany, GA warehouse will be the new shipping point.  This should all be in effect on October 15th 2007.

We have products in inventory and are shipping daily.  If you had a PERSONA account with the former distributor, an account has already been set up for you.  In most cases, your account number and password are the same as your previous login there and you may use it to access PERSONA at RBI Corporation.  If your password was shorter than 6 characters, then X's were added to the end to make it 6 characters long (i.e. if your password was CAR then here it will be CARXXX).  Contact your salesman for additional information and thank you for your continued patronage.

RBI Corporation offers a number of different ordering options:

• PartSmart Web^™ (formerly EMPARTweb) - ARI now provides a web-based electronic parts lookup program.  This product works the same way as your PartSmart CDs, only it is online.  It offers diagrams and pictures of parts breakdowns for your ease of use.  Add parts to your picklist as you go.  Once you have found all of your parts and added them to your list, you can submit your list to us to be turned into an order to be shipped out to you in a timely fashion.

• Snap-on Business Solutions - with or without a Business Management System (BMS), this option allows customers to send electronic business transactions from their computer to a trading partner's back end system.

• eConnect - this option is for those who do not have an Integrated Business Management System (BMS).  It is a web-based program that allows purchase orders, stock and price inquiries to be sent to a trading partner.

 

• Integrated Business Management System (BMS) - send purchase orders, stock and price inquiries to a trading partner via your software system (i.e. Basic Software Systems, c-Systems, SoftPower, Ideal Systems, DealerWin)
