What kind of online ordering options do I have at RBI Corporation?

The Persona Windows Client is an application that offers web-to-host connectivity.  It allows an end-user to connect to a vendor's back end system directly via terminal emulation. 

This is helpful if you want to create and send an order electronically, restart a suspended order, check to see if we have a part number in stock, check your price on a part, print or view an invoice or statement or view your backorders.

PartSmart Web

 

 

PartSmart Web is an electronic-based catalog website hosted and created by ARI Network Services, Inc.  This is the company that supplies the PartSmart CDs to dealers.  This website allows you to look up your parts that you need with drill down menus and graphical breakdowns of the equipment in question.  You can create a pick ticket as you find parts that you need.  Once you have finished looking up your parts, you can send your order here to RBI with the click of a button.

eConnect

 

eConnect is an electronic-based catalog website hosted and created by Snap-on Business Solutions.  This option does not allow you the convenience of pictures to find your parts.  You must have the full part number or part of it in order to check the part or order it.

Business Management System

 

If you currently have a Business Management System (BMS) installed at your company (i.e. c-Systems, SoftPower, Basic, DealerWin, SofTek, ProCom, Ideal Systems, etc.) that allows you to create purchase orders for parts, you can also submit that order to RBI electronically.  All you need to do is go into your BMS and subscribe to RBI Corporation as a vendor for you.
