What is PartSmart Web^™ (formerly EMPARTweb) ?

PartSmart Web is an electronic-based catalog website hosted and created by ARI Network Services, Inc.  This is the company that supplies the PartSmart CDs to dealers.  This website allows you to look up your parts that you need with drill down menus and graphical breakdowns of the equipment in question.  You can create a shopping cart as you find parts that you need.  Once you have finished looking up your parts and adding those parts to your shopping cart, you can send your order here to RBI with the click of a button.

You also have the option of using your Persona account or your eConnect (formerly DealerXpress) account to place orders.  If you have a business system, you can place your orders with us via eDN.  We accept faxed in orders too.
